Access to Winning Race Code

I am trying to get access to the latest winning race code but don't really know how to do it. I understand I have to purchase a race entry for access, but I can't seem to find where to do that.

I don't really have the intention to enter the race (as I can see there isn't one scheduled) but instead I would just like to be able to use the simulator and race code.
