Using python libraries other than numpy and openCV

Hello everybody
I hope this is the right place to ask this, if not, the moderator is free to move/remove this post.
I'm currently looking to make a python solution using, among other libraries, Tensorflow and Pillow. Is that okay according to the rules?

Using other libraries

You can use any libraries you like providing they are freely available for any team to use :)

If you do use other libraries you will probably need to send us a customised SD card with everything you need already installed. I would suggest you start from our standard SD card setup and install the libraries you are intending to use.
